Definitions

Ordering
Orders can be placed online or by phone. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion. Orders cannot be cancelled or amended after they have been processed and shipped.

Payment
Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order. We accept payment by credit card or bank transfer.

Shipping
We will make every effort to ship orders as quickly as possible. However, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates or times, and we are not liable for any delays or losses caused by third-party shipping carriers.

Returns
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it to us for a refund within 30 days of receipt. The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us.

Warranty
Our products are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, or loss of data. Our liability is limited to the cost of the product or service purchased.
